Secure Payment

If you have sufficient available balance in your account:

A transaction will automatically occur to reserve the amount for the order.

If you do not have enough funds in your account:

You will be redirected to a secure order payment page to deposit your payment.

The amount will be reserved while we process the order.

In both cases, you will then be redirected to your order details page to track progress.

Track Order Progress/Manage Orders

Visit My orders page on your personal account.

Click on a specific order card to keep track of order progress and status.

Add additional information or preferences to your paper even after placing your order.

Select a preferred writer or reassign a writer if needed.

Take actions such as approving the order, requesting a revision, or canceling the order.

Contact our support staff or writer anytime, day or night, if you have questions, concerns, or need further clarifications.

**Note: Some actions are automated, while others may require support team approval or intervention.

Review & Approve Your Paper

Once the order is complete and uploaded by the writer, we will notify you via the means selected in your notification settings.

Visit the Awaiting Approval tab on your account to view orders awaiting your review and approval.

Click on the card to access the order details.

Review the completed file(s) on the "Files" tab.

If satisfied, approve the order to release payment to the writer and mark it as complete.

Request a free revision within 14 days of delivery if needed.

Reorder another version using the same instructions.

Request a refund if applicable. Visit our Refund policy page for detailed information.

You can hide the order from your list after downloading it if needed.

If you don't take action within 14 days, the order will be automatically approved.

Leave a review if you wish, providing valuable feedback to the writer.
